ORDERS

All items are handmade to order, therefore there can be a delay of up to 2 weeks before being sent. This is only a maximum timeframe however and I will endeavour to send items as quickly as possible.

You will receive an email when your order leaves the studio.

SHIPPING

Shipping is complimentary. All items are sent via Royal Mail with tracking.

The shipping option will be selected automatically after filling the delivery address details.

Here are the delivery aims :

  • UK - 48h

  • Europe - 3 to 5 days

  • Rest of the World - 3 to 7 days

Please not these are targets provided by Royal Mail however and there can be delays.

Do get in touch if you do not see your country listed when going through checkout.

DUTIES

If you are an international customer (including EU customers), you may need may to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim your parcel. It is your responsibility as the customer to pay theses charges or else the parcel may be returned.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy or simply change your mind about your order, please get in touch at clairedewaard.contact@gmail.com no more than 14 days after receiving your order to organise a return.
Please note that unless faulty, I am unable to cover the costs of return shipping.

The items should be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

ON FAULTY ITEMS

If you think an item is faulty please send me an email at clairedewaard.contact@gmail.com with clear pictures and I will be happy to assist you. Faulty items do not include small variation due to its handmade nature.
